Develops presentation materials to show timelines for each project effort along with supporting details for each task and owner. Monitors ownership and due dates tied the project plan to insure completion of tasks. Expedites tasks that are behind schedule to the management staff along with providing scorecard performance measurements to track compliance to the project plans. Helps coordinate meetings and takes meeting minutes to report progress and builds out each project plan accordingly. Ability to summarize overall project status for presentations to all levels of management.
