Job Title: GWM - Supply Chain Analyst
Location: : Fairfax, Virginia
Duration: 9 Months

Role Description:
Some design related to SAP Warehousing functionality, including
interfaces.
Extensive testing and user support.
Key to have  experience with ERP and GWM, IS Oil experience
Part of a global team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving issues related to
support or project development
Responsible for learning and maintaining those configuration and
customization settings which are the basis for the global Supply Chain
design
Capable of using SAP Support Portal as a source of correction for
reported problems
Provides consultation to other COE process teams such as Purchase-to-
Pay where use of the MM module overlaps
Provides consultation to program development resources regarding
program development and corrections
Performs initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements
Maintains batch job variants used in the Everest / STRIPES Supply
Chain process
Implement configuration updates or changes via change management
process.
Responsible for following client methodology including documentation
and stewardship
Skills Required:
University degree
Experience with multiple SAP releases including 3.1H, 4.6C and ECC 6.0
is desired
Knowledge of SAP MM module functionality including: o Purchase orders
o Agreements o Goods Movements (receipts/issues/transfers) o Material
and service masters o Pricing conditions o MRP o Inventory management
and physical inventories
Knowledge of SAP PP module functionality including: o Production
Orders o Warehousing o Product Costing o SAP MM o Material and service
masters
Knowledge of SAP IS-OIL functionality including: o Inter-Company o
Exchange Agreements o ASTM Course work and/or experience with basic
accounting principles. • Speak, read and write English fluently
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Ability to work in a
multicultural environment
Ability to work remotely from other team members, internal service
providers and customers
Ability to work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP
problem solving, support and technical skills
Strong technical aptitude in order to comprehend and support complex
processes based on standard SAP configuration as well as
customizations
Ability to learn and support a number of specialized Supply Chain
business scenarios
Ability to learn and apply client control standards to these
processes
