Subject Matter Expert in the Servers and Systems Management area. Takes ownership of 3rd level support issues in server environment providing 24X7 support. Maintain and collaborate on AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Print, FTP, TCP/IP, VMWare, Citrix, SAN/NAS, SQL Server, Microsoft clustering, multi-tier environments, Anti-virus, patch management and file/print.
