*6+ Months* *F2F May be Required * Require a Senior HRMS Business Systems Analyst (BSA) having expertise in the Human Resources (HR) specialty, and widely versed in HR business processes, HR business practices, and HRMS systems, encompassing areas such as recruiting, on boarding, employee self-service, HR workflow, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other HR related functional activities. *Experience/Skills Requirements:* • Ten years plus overall experience with HRMS applications (HR and Payroll) in a Business Systems Analyst role, and widely and deeply versed in recruiting, on boarding, employee self-service, HR workflow, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other HR related functional activities. • Five years plus of experience in a lead role in the defining, initiation, execution, and final implementation of HR systems projects. • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead multiple projects at the same time, along with being able to simultaneously be involved in support related activities. • Sound understanding of Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll processes. • Extensive experience working with Service Provider vendors (such as Benefits, Tax Services) and the Data Interfaces for the Service Providers. • Experience in multi-site and multi-divisional organizations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible and adaptable. • Self-starter with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. • Healthcare industry experiences a plus. • Experience using UltiPro HRMS, Cognos, UltiPro Recruitment, Emerald On Boarding, a plus. • Skilled in business analyst techniques and practices, versed in use of MS Office tools and in Visio. • Project management certification such as PMP is a plus. *Thanks and Regards, * *Jaspal** **e4Site, Inc. d/b/a Visionaire** **3290 E.
