Duration: Long Term Information Architect Responsibilities: 1.) Define and create site structure, interaction flows, information architecture, and conceptual models. 2.) Define use cases and user "personas"; perform user and task analysis. 3.) Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed page schematics to guide product decision-making and engineering development. 4.) Prepare all user interface design documentation associated with the development of new features and functions. 5.) Lead user testing efforts, including analyzing and creating action plans based on usability testing, concept testing, surveys and other research. Qualifications: 1.) 3+ years experience designing the user experience and developing user interfaces on web-based products. 2.) Ability to translate business goals into UI requirements; understanding of business strategy and values, good grasp of metrics associated with UI performance, ability to extract relevant information from stakeholders, competence communicating with a multi-disciplinary team and leadership to drive the project vision to the extended team throughout the design process. 3.) Ability to translate user data into actionable information; experience with user research methods used to gather qualitative and quantitative data: contextual inquiry, market segmentation analysis, persona development, usage log analysis, scenario development and task analysis, etc and practice in evaluating features and requirements on a value basis using user research as underlying reasoning 4.) Ability to test and iterate design solutions; experience planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting formal and informal end-user testing, utilizing prototypes (rough drafts and sketches, paper prototypes, working prototypes) and live versions Thanks & Regards Matt I.T.
