We need a strong Lead Systems Analyst (That has a lot of experience in Middleware and Tibco) They Must have great communication skills and worked on the enterprise level! They must have 8-10 years of Middleware experience and 4-5 years in the Tibco Space. They Must have set best Practices They Must have managed an Off Shore team Must have experience in Tibco development, EAI Architecture, Best Practices and management!
