Hello,
This is Jasleen from Maxonic Milestone Management. We are a staffing company
based in SF Bay Area.
We currently have an immediate requirement for a *SAP HR LMS * in Carlsbad,
CA. This is a 4* - 8 months contract *position.
Responsibilities include:
SAP HR LSO Developer to provide Project Development to support our global
validation project. Review and assess Functional Spec Documents. Develop
Technical Design Documents in accordance with validation requirements.
Provide detailed estimates. Work on assigned objects utilizing System
Development Life Cycle processes. This includes analyzing, planning,
designing, testing and implementing development requests. Ensure adherence
to appropriate documentation and programming standards, as well as the
approved procedures for making changes to any SAP environment. Participate
in technical reviews and status review meetings. Assist with testing and
review test results. Work with in-house resources to manage workload and
prioritization of development activities. Ensure that appropriate changes to
development objects are updated in all applicable SAP
systems/instances/clients such that those systems function as required.
Skills required include:
- 5 - 7years of recent HR ABAP development experience.
- Previous Experience with at least 2 prior Learning Solution (LSO)
implementations (full lifecycle)
- Strong technical skills in all areas of ABAP and Portal, specifically:
- HR ABAP programming and SAP BSP programming.
- ALE/IDoc Interface Development
- Experience in SAP Learning Solution (version 6.0 of HCM or greater).
- Experience with the SAP Enterprise Portal (LSO).
- Experience in Personnel Development module.
- Exposure to eLearning and/or LMS technologies.
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills
