Location: Albany, NY. Duration: 12+ Months RATE: USD $50.00 Client currently seeks a Business Analyst to join our team in Albany, NY. Requires In-person interview after the initial phone screen. Qualified candidates must have: · Minimum 4 years performing Business Systems Analysis, performing duties such as requirements elicitation and documentation, process and data analysis, process and data modeling, creating and executing test plans, and functional specifications. At least one year of this experience must be on a Java-based, web application project. · Minimum two years experience with relational database design and modeling. · Minimum two years experience in Technical Writing performing duties such as the creation of system, technical and user documentation, and of training materials. · Minimum 2 years experience in Application System development projects which use a formal System Development Life Cycle with specific tasks and distinct deliverables. · Minimum 1 year hands-on experience using the Rational suite of products which includes Requisite Pro, Rational Rose, Clear Quest and Test Manager. Required Qualifications 8 Years- Business Analysis - Requirements Gathering Other Required Qualifications/Experience: 8Years- Experience performing Business Systems Analysis on computer application system development projects developing requirements specifications and artifacts according to standard templates, performing process and data analysis and modeling, creating and executing test plans. 8Years -Experience using large-scale relational database systems. 8Years-Experience using a structured software development lifecycle. 3Years-Hands-on experience using Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials.
