We currently have an immediate requirement for a *UI Designer * in *Woodland Hills, CA*. This is a* 4-6* *months contract *position. Required skills: · 5+ years of user design experience with web applications and desktop applications. · Extensive knowledge and experience with using user-centered design process · Experience driving and managing the design process for a new product and an ability to inspire others · Working knowledge of design and prototyping tools and technologies (e.g. PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, Visio, CSS, HTML, Balsamiq) · Candidate should have knowledge in several of the following areas: SDLC, data and process modeling and rapid prototyping · Experience and interest in documenting processes, systems and/or product requirements with attention to detail · Experience with business process redesign and ability to identify process improvement opportunities is required · Proficiency with MS Visio and MS Office applications and hands-on experience with developing prototype models and mock-ups is required Responsibilities: *Design phase *· Multiple concepts and iterations around user interaction models and workflows · Wireframes, screen flows, prototypes · Presentations for communicating any of the above *Deliver phase *· UI Specs · Assurance that delivery matches specs (e.g. identifying deviations, owning Interaction design bugs) · Appropriate trade-off recommendations Additional information: - W2 or Corp - Corp - In Person after Phone round Please email your resume to [email protected] code *[MAXONIC JO#6598] *in the subject of the email, or click ‘Apply Now’ below.
