The two most likely types of candidates are experienced technicians that want to spend less time in the field/on the road, or people who have been involved with *AV/VTC* operations (running calls, managing rooms, etc.). The latter would also have to have enough experience working with the physical components as well to be a viable candidate. *Job Responsibilities :-* Tests and certify that the AV hardware and software are operational prior to shipment. Identify and resolve system and software issues. Create checklists used to confirm operation of the audio visual system at completion of integration. Create applicable system operational test sheets. Write or update user manuals and documentation. Conduct final field system test and obtain customer signoff.
