Work with minimal supervision to develop project scope, schedule and
budget and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure quality project
deliverables are on schedule and on budget. Negotiate and coordinate
critical issues to ensure project success. Coordinate project activities to
obtain approvals from governmental and regulatory agencies.
Keywords
Education Must have comprehensive knowledge of engineering
practices and procedures with an emphasis on electrical transmission,
substation and/or distribution facility design/construction. Must have a
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. P.E. and
P.M.P. certifications preferred. Must have minimum 4-6 years experience in
utility design and/or construction.
