*10 Months +* * * *Assignment Capsule * The successful candidate will program and maintain advanced automated document composition solutions using Exstream Dialogue under the direction of a Lead Dialogue Designer. Proven skill with object-oriented programming will be evidence of the competence needed for this specialized position. Object-oriented programming will not be required in the conventional sense. *Key Competencies * Programming competence is regarded as a fundamental skill for the position, and an emphasis will be placed on proactive initiative and a persistent can-do attitude. Speed will be critical. Be attuned and responsive to the direction of Strategic Communications as put forth by the Director, the Implementation & Integration Manager and the Dialogue Design Lead. Build advanced automated document composition solutions in Exstream Dialogue (document composition software) and be willing to take on increasingly complex tasks in putting together cohesive communication solutions. Be flexible and expectant of requirement changes throughout project cycles. Mold yourself and your work around your internal customers while simultaneously keeping their concepts about solutions on-track. Ideate and produce page layout prototypes in rapid fashion. Have an ability to incorporate solid graphic and information design in the construction of variable information communication products. Be willing to move increasingly towards a total capacity for building cohesive communications. Be respectful of Humana's objective of maintaining a unified voice across all consumer communications.
