*Duration- 6-12 mnths * *Need face to face interview.* *Software Architect* * * *Responsibilities:* * Member of the Web Development team, reporting to the Director of Web Development and Systems. * Designs and implements the foundation of the web applications. * Sets up the engineering process, builds, unit test, deployment scripts. * Thrives to produce enterprise quality solutions, simple, efficient, in a timely fashion. * Collaborates with multidisciplinary organizations to establish a flexible, extensible, interoperable, and evolutive solution, * Evangelizes the technologies, and solutions, in and outside the company. * Writes design and architecture documents, and presentations. * Mentors and lead engineering team, internal and external. * Delivers technical expertise to customers. * Leads the customization and integration of the custom solutions. * Researches technologies, estimates scope of work, contributes to key decision making, appropriate for the business and organization. * * *Requirements: * *Required Skills:* * Proven experience in implementing Java/J2EE components, servlets, POJOs, DAOs, Spring components. * Proven experience in designing and deploying High-available, scalable, secure architecture. * Stress test strategies. * System administration, logging, reporting. * Experience with Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, REST, SOAP, SOA. * SQL Databases, LDAP, Hibernate. * Authentication, Single Sign On, SAML. * Localization and internationalization of software. * Experience with Web portals. * Experience with e-commerce, social network solutions. * Familiar with provisioning, billing systems. *Desired skills:* * CMS, RSS, Blogs, Forums. * Experience with multi-media contents, video streaming, video transcoding, DRM. * Familiar with Web portals, e-commerce, social network solutions. * Experience with Web UI design and development, Ajax, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT. * Experience with Consumer Electronics, Telcos industries. * LAMP, PHP. * Unix/Linux. *Education:* * BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. *Thanks and Regards, * *Jaspal * 3290 E.
