SKILLS: ERP Project Manager Requirements: • Ability to effectively communicate with and present to various levels within the organization. • Ability to effectively use all Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access, Visio, Project). • Project management training and/or experience. • Continuous improvement experience (i.e. lean practitioner or Six-Sigma) • Aerospace and Defense industry experience. • Must be hands on • Prior system implementation experience (Major ERP implementation as PM (tier 1), preferably SAP, is highly desired • Four Year Degree in HR, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or other business related discipline.
