The engineer will be responsible for technical design, development, unit testing, and post-release support. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly, work in a fast paced, small team-driven environment, and have the ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical staff. If your organization has experienced players, we would love to work with you for short to mid-term assignments. Responsibilities: * Design & develop features using Force.com Platform-as-a-Service (Apex, Visual Force, etc), Java (SE & EE), Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party cloud APIs. * Improve architecture and optimize performance of very complex software systems. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. * Work with Quality Assurance to help design, plan and automate functional and performance testing. Experience/Skills Required: * 3+ years Java application development experience, or equivalent experience in C++ or C# * 3+ years SQL experience, including PL/SQL * 1+ years of experience working on Force.com. Proficiency in Apex and Visual Force * Experience developing complex composite RESTful and SOAP web services * Experience building usable and scalable systems or applications. * Strong object oriented design skills and experience using design patterns. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. * Ability to work against aggressive deadlines. * Bachelor's Degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
