o Cisco CVP Studio Experience
• Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
o Application Scripting & Support
• Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
• TCP/IP networking fundamentals
• Voice User Interface Design
• Complex Call Routing Application Design
• AT&T Route IT application
• Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
• Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
• Self Directed
• Team player
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people
• Willing to relocate to Bloomington, IL
