*Qualifications/Requirements*
* Associates degree in a technical field
* 5 years of prior Engineering Technician experience
* Export Control Requirements
*Desired Characteristics*
* Strong understanding of the Engineering processes, equipment
functionality and required maintenance.
* Prior experience in rapid prototyping, engineering process
improvements and product testing
* Data analysis, RCA and troubleshooting capabilities
* Ability to read and understand schematics, parts lists, and bill of
materials.
* Ability to use typical lab test equipment such as DVM, Oscilloscopes,
EMC compliant equipment, environmental chamber, Soldering Machines etc.
* Must be proficient in Electronics technology
* Experience resolving process issues across functional lines
* Energetic, strong communicator and capable of driving consensus
* Self-starter and ability to execute with limited supervision
* Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity
