Duration: 6 Months + Location: Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey* * Minimum Requirements:* Technical expertise and solid functional understanding of PeopleSoft 7.5/8.8 Project Costing module, ability to decipher customizations, analyze and document data relationships Expert SQL skills, UNIX scripting, FTP/SFTP, Oracle 9/10, solid SQR/SQC skills Expertise using PeopleSoft PeopleTools 7.59/8.49 (Application Designer, PS Query,etc.) Demonstrated experience in prior data conversion initiatives While PeopleSoft 7.5 experience not required, it is plus. Ability to demonstrate maturity in the 8.8 space required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi-task in an environment with shifting priorities Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent judgment • Able to work independently *Description:* Overall responsiblities include assisting with detailed data mapping of source to target applications, data extraction and analysis, data cleansing, etc., for a financials application conversion project from PeopleSoft 7.5 to SAP. Research, design and document plans for extraction scripts to accommodate target data templates and defined business requirements Work with SMEs to understand and define KPMG processes/customizations Analyze and document source system data relationships Provide functional/technical application expertise when required Develop data extraction scripts/code (utilizing SQL, SQR/SQC UNIX, FTP, other tools) according to plan/specifications Unit test all development efforts, provide bug free solutions Participate in UAT testing efforts, amend scripts as required Provide status updates as required.
