Experience in Business Objects Reporting and Universe Development is needed. Changes to the Universe should be done as and when needed. Should be able to analyze the requirements. SQL Query writing is required. Should be able to write queries and validate the data on the reports. If there are Data issues, then the resource should be able to work with DBA to resolve the issues. This means talk to the DBA and let him know the issue and thus get it resolved. Should be able to communicate with internal and external clientele as well.
