Advanced Microsoft SQL Server knowledge . Advanced T-SQL programming . Understanding of database performance tuning techniques . Ability to program from functional designs and communicate with functional users . Basic understanding of financial systems and accounting concepts such as financial reporting and general ledger . Desired Optional Skills and Expertise includes: * Microsoft Analysis Services * Microsoft Reporting Services * Microsoft SharePoint * Dimensional modeling methodology (Kimball method) * Knowledge of OLAP Technologies * Hands on operational experience with financial systems and financial reporting OTHER SKILLS: Experience with product development lifecycle management (SCM, release management, QA) . Ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and focused on the timely completion of deliverables assigned. .
