Our client is a specialized asset management company in the real estate, commercial finance and financial fund management sectors. They are implementing Salesforce.com at the end of August. They purchased 30 licenses and need a Salesforce.com resource to help with the implementation, assist with questions from their end users, and provide future support / data analyst work. They’re working on a job description, but in the interim, please use the following based upon my meeting with the hiring managers last week. Resource needs to have a sound understanding for the Salesforce.com application and tool Be able to aggregate data / pull data from the system to assist the sales reps with information for future calls. Build reports for the sales reps based on the information in the system. Good Excel skill Good end user skills since they will be working with the client’s sales people. Some are remote.This person is a support individual and would be dedicated to the salesforce.com product. This person would do basically everything with this product except for actual selling. This position could go permanent for the right person. It is the goal of the company to have a long term solution / person for this role.
