Excellent communication skills. 3. Broad and knowledge in different development areas, encryption, internet standards (HTTP, HTML, XML), C#, Java and C++ is desired. 4. Be able to read and understand source code, identify bugs and possible solution. 5. Experience working with AJAX 6. Knowledge of Tibco and Websphere a plus Skills we feel are most important: 1.
