Ø Integration expertise on CRM 7.0 to Sales and Distribution module is must. Hands on Middleware configuration and knowledge. Ø SAP CRM knowledge in terms of overall architecture, processes, functionality and technical components - Knowledge of the related CRM business processes, including detailed knowledge of at least one functional SAP CRM Marketing and Sales is must.
