Implements front-end processes and supports end-to-end campaign management required to execute marketing acquisitions and retention of campaigns in the area of the analyst's responsibility. Campaign management includes direct mail, outbound and email campaigns. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate existing and potential product/service markets. Identifies and monitors competitors and researches market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect results of the marketing efforts. 1. Utilizes the marketing databases and other data resources to conduct ROI, business performance forecasting, monitoring and analysis, proactively surfacing relevant analysis and opportunities to support key business initiatives for related departments. • Determines best sources of data to support analysis. • Determines necessary data to collect and evaluate to provide useful information to management. 2. Manages marketing forecasting, monitors and adjusts forecast vs. actual results. • Identifies sources of variance in results from plan, makes recommendations to management in redirecting resources to achieve objectives. 3. Responsible for end-to-end campaign management, required to execute marketing campaigns, including direct mail, outbound and email. • Generates campaign files. • Produces marketing reporting to improve segmentation, pull through, targeting and tracking of all the campaigns in the area of responsibility. • Responsible for system loads of marketing data. 4. Provides tactical marketing and analysis support to business clients including: extensive customer profiling, segmentation and customer lifetime value analysis. • Determines most valuable customer segments and recommends strategies for the acquisition and retention of these customers. 5. Proactively identifies opportunities to generate revenue and cut costs by identifying potential new markets, monitoring customer shifts, purchasing patterns, etc. 6. Other appropriate responsibilities and projects that may be assigned by management. 7. Produces relevant reporting to support all of the functions in clauses 1-6. 8. Serves as a team member on complex strategic analysis projects ensuring high quality deliverables and relevant recommendations. 9.
