1. Senior Project Manager - Govt project 8-9 months.
Sacramento, CA - Face to face required. Locals preferred.

The Senior Project Manager functions as a project manager and has full
management responsibility for the successful completion or oversight
of projects with a budget of $10 million or greater.  The Senior
Project Manager manages the project team, providing direction to
Clients technical and program staff as well as outside consultants.
The Senior Project Manager may represent Clients before the public,
Board of Administration, and numerous statewide organizations in
matters related to the work of the project.  The Senior Project
Manager reports to the Clients Project Sponsor.

· Must have a minimum of six (6) years of broad and extensive project
experience; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been
directly managing large projects defined as having at least a $10
million budget, at least 13-months in duration, and have at least 25
project staff.
· Must have project management experience initiating, planning,
executing, controlling, and/or closing processes within the last six
years.
· Must have experience in development, production, and alternative
procurement Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation and procedures
that includes required RFP sections, evaluation and selection plans,
facilitation of vendor conferences, and contract review and
evaluation.
· Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
certification.
· Must have understanding of information technology fundamentals,
architecture, and the system development life cycle.
· Must have the ability to reason logically and creatively and use a
variety of analytical and research techniques to solve complex
problems; analyze situations and propose an effective course of
action; analyze data; identify the need for and provide creative
thinking related to complex problems, develop and evaluate
alternatives.
· Must have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working
relationships and to use inter-disciplinary teams effectively in
conducting the project.
· Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a
variety of audience types using different mechanisms including
informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and
other analytical and technical documents.

2. Project Manager - Govt project 8-9 months.

Manager manages the project team, providing direction and technical
expertise to Clients technical and program staff as well     as
external consultants as needed.  The Project Manager may represent
Clients before the public, Board of Administration, and numerous
statewide organizations in matters related to the work of the
project.  The Project Manager reports to the Clients Project Sponsor.

· Must have a minimum of four (4) years of broad and extensive project
experience; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been
directly managing projects defined as having at least a $2 million
budget, at least 12-months in duration, and have at least 5 project
staff.
· Must have project management experience initiating, planning,
executing, controlling, and/or closing processes within the last six
years.
· Must have experience in development, production, and alternative
procurement RFP documentation and procedures that includes required
RFP sections; evaluation and selection plans; facilitation of vendor
conferences; and contract review and evaluation.
· Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
certification.
· Must have understanding of information technology fundamentals,

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (for above 2 positions)

· PMP Certified
· Strong experience in IT project management
· Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft HRMS
· Experience with the implementation of Applicant Tracking Systems via
a SaaS provider
· Knowledge and experience in Business Process Reengineering efforts
· Strong communication skills and business ethics.

3. PM/ Senior Applications Delivery Lead

Tampa, FL - Face to face required. Locals preferred.
(12 months)

Manage customer relationship and communicate project and support
status to the customer.
Manage development and support team.
Assist with problem solving and defect analysis activities.
Design new software and hardware solutions.
Work with the customer to gather and document business and functional
requirements.

Provide project and technical leadership for the development and
support of a suite of web applications based on the Microsoft
technology stack. Must be able to work with a customer to create
project plans, prioritize requirements, document requirements, and
design technical solution to the business problem. Will be required to
present the technical design models to the business customer and the
development team. Responsible for making sure the development team
conforms to the technical design model. Therefore, this must be a
technical resource with strong leadership and project management
experience. The resource must have strong analytic and problem solving
skills. Most importantly, the individual must have strong verbal and
written communications skills to be able to explain project status and
how we will resolve defects to the customer.

Must have a minimum of 12 years of IT experience.
Must have at least 6 years of experience being in a technical project
leadership role.
Must have group insurance experience. Specifically would prefer
resources that have experience with systems using to support group
life and disability insurance.
Must be able to demonstrate strong analytic and problem solving
experience.
Must be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written
communications.
Must be able to demonstrate prior experience at managing a team of
technologist working concurrently on multiple projects and
deliverables.
Must have 8+ years implementing enterprise scale web application using
the Microsoft technology stack such as:
o       SQL Server
o       Windows Server o        Microsoft .NET including C# and ASP.NET
o       Microsoft entity framework
o       SOAP and WSDL
o Relational database design best practices
o       Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation Server
3+ years of experience with design the hardware infrastructure needed
to support a new application.
5+ years creating project plans with Microsoft Project and providing
resource estimates.
5+ years managing teams of 5+ resources at multiple locations.
5+ years of performing and/or managing production support.
