Systems Administrator w/ ecommerce Exp Location: Bay Area, CA Duration: 6+ months Rates: DOE In this Role: You will responsible for support and implementation within a large-scale e-commerce infrastructure. He/She is responsible for system support in a mission-critical, 24/7 environment. 90% production Support / 10% Project Work Skills: 5 + years Unix Systems Experience - focus is Solaris - some RH Linux Strong knowledge of VERITAS (Veritas Cluster Server) & Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) - Knowledge of Shell scripting ( Bourne, Perl, Awk, Sed) Strong Process and Troubleshooting skills - a must Experience with NETBACKUP Experience with S10 Virtualization Zones Experience with Mid-Size E-commerce Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. MUST HAVE: SOLARIS Veritas (VxVM & VCS) Experience working with LDAP, DNS & Jumpstart Being Proactive /Problem Solvers/Solutions Oriented / Self Starters NICE TO HAVE: Netback Up E-commerce BS in CS is desired.
