I need a dynamic report writer with the following skillsets
- SQL, PL/SQL Queries
- Crystal Reports
- SQL Server
- McKesson Star Systems exposure (basically, someone who has done report
development work for Hospitals using McKesson Star Systems would have this
exposure)
- Vista SQL Reports
*In order of importance:*

#2 Vista SQL Reports (sorry this is a new addition)
