Owing to our continued growth, Avoka USA is recruiting for the newly
created position of Customer Application Support and IT Support. You
will be the principal player in the liaising with client business and
operations teams to ensure smooth running, installation and ongoing
enhancement. Critical to the success in this role is a strong
technical background, problem solving skills and a desire to provide
first class customer service.

The Job

•       Multi-faceted role:
o       Provide single point of contact for customers with Technical issues
       Customer facing Tech Support analyst as part of worldwide, 24x7
support team
       Triage customer issues using Tech Support ticketing system
       Support Avoka written applications and products
•       Manage issue escalations to:
o       Avoka Development team (Australia based)
o       Avoka Professional Services team members
o       Adobe Enterprise support

•       Internal IT support, manage
•       Office MS-Office infrastructure
•       VPN and network infrastructure
•       New employee and Education laptop setups
•       On-going support of US based employees

•       Experience supporting Enterprise applications in vendor or internal
IT role and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience (Flash, Flex, PDF
products) is a plus.
