*Desired Experience Range:* 6-8 years

*Must-Have*
1. The ITIL Expert level certification
2. Experience in End To End [E2E] ITIL Implementation for support project
3. Good Communication – both written and verbal
4. Good knowledge of Support Project

*Good-to-Have*
1. Experience in Implementing ITIL processes for large account
2. Should be self motivated and good leadership skill
3. Good analytical & stakeholder management ability
4. Prior experience of 24 X 7 Support Project

*Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role *
Understanding the current support model/support processes and identify the
gaps vis-a-vis standard model as per ITIL
Devising plan and approach to achieve ITIL compliance
Design time bound roadmap to achieve ITIL compliance
Developing all standard policies (e.g. release, change, Incident, Problem
management etc.), process, procedures, templates, checklist etc.
Develop OLA (operational level agreement) with different vendors to provide
end-to-end ownership to end customer
Evaluating the tool to automate these processes and deploying that in
customer environment
Leading and monitoring process deployment  and automation
Coordinating with Customer
Training and mentoring the support team
