*Must-Have* 1. The ITIL Expert level certification 2. Experience in End To End [E2E] ITIL Implementation for support project 3. Good Communication – both written and verbal 4. Good knowledge of Support Project *Good-to-Have* 1. Experience in Implementing ITIL processes for large account 2. Should be self motivated and good leadership skill 3. Good analytical & stakeholder management ability 4.
