SAP ABAP Senior Developer *Relevant * *Experience (Yrs) * : SAP - ABAP : 8-10 yrs as SAP HCM-ABAP consultant *Necessary **Skills * : - Must have 8-10years of proven SAP HR ABAP consulting experience and at least 10 years of IT experience - Participate in at least t3-4 full cycle SAP implementations as ABAP developer - Worked on standard User Exits, BADI and enhancement spots to enhance the functionality of Standards Business applications - Portal development: BSP, Webdynpro for ABAP - Adobe Interactive forms and workflow - Worked on the Webdynpro for ABAP & BSP (Billing & settlement Plan) - Hands on experience in background processing and Transport Management - Experience with ESS (Employee self service) /MSS(Manger self service) portal customization - A self starter and have the ability to deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements associated with SAP ABAP. - Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal especially in onsite offshore model. - Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support - Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning. *Desired **Skills* - Experience leading and managing small modules and teams in at least 2 end to end SAP implementations - Ability to mentor other developers of the team at offshore. *Roles & Responsibilities* : - Design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements. - Participate in user functional and technical specification creation. - Prepare unit test plan and data, and perform unit/program testing.
