*Job Title: Sharepoint Admin Location : Houston,TX Duration : 6+ months contract Skills/Experience Required: * 3+ years experience in administration and maintenance of SharePoint MOSS 2007 and MOSS 2010 in a large corporate environment * Experience providing support during upgrade from MOSS 2007 to MOSS 2010 including documentation and user training Identify strength on a scale of 1 to 10 in the following areas: -Creating Custom Data Views -Adding Users -Monitoring Security * MOSS Certification preferred Roles and Responsibilities: *The project will involve moving current infrastructure from SharePoint 2007 to 2010. This candidate will be able to support the design, implementation, and go-live/post implementation production support. Willingness to work hours as necessary, especially during critical issue resolution and milestone time periods. Interact with external entities: vendors, service providers and product vendors. Interfaces with IT application owners and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Escalates or resolves conflicts, as needed.
