Need a Program Manager to lead large, complex programs, projects and other
process improvement initiatives for Legal and Compliance.  This position
will focus on multiple large and complex initiatives for a financial
services firm in Compliance encompassing Governance, Policies, Procedures,
Training, Testing, and Annual Assessments as well as the implementation of
new Regulations.  While performing the function of program manager, this
individual is expected to learn and show mastery of the Compliance
regulatory regime.****

In this role, the Program Manager will be accountable to lead and drive
complex teams from a variety of cross-functional, business and technology
roles to achieve the project and program results.  They will monitor
issues, risks, detailed progress and overall status, setting priorities and
escalating issues as necessary to the project Sponsors. The Program Manager
will interface with senior management and counterparts in corporate
Compliance, the lines of business, Legal, technology, audit, risk
management and regulatory agencies.  This individual should have experience
leading projects, as well as deep knowledge of business and technology
project management methodologies, business processes and business
knowledge.  They should be detailed, able to work independently and drive
issue resolution.  They should bring very strong interpersonal
communications, leadership and management skills. ****

Qualifications
*****

▪ Significant program / project management experience leading large and
medium projects -both technology and business related.****

▪ Knowledge ofbusiness and technology project management methodologies****

▪ Skilled in building work plans (work breakdown structures), schedules,
milestones and managing to those milestones.****

▪ Skilled in identifying risks, developing responses (mitigation,
avoidance, acceptance) and managing accordingly****

▪ Skilled in identifying issues, escalating appropriately and driving to
resolutions****

▪ Strong interpersonal, communication skills - both written and verbal -
and ability to work with multiple stakeholders representing different
perspectives. ****

▪ Ability to work independently based on core  leadership and management
skills. ****

▪ Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
▪ Comfortable learning new areas of the regulatory regime and applying
newly acquired knowledge to project initiatives****

▪ PMP certifications or PMI training appreciated
