This position will focus on multiple large and complex initiatives for a financial services firm in Compliance encompassing Governance, Policies, Procedures, Training, Testing, and Annual Assessments as well as the implementation of new Regulations. While performing the function of program manager, this individual is expected to learn and show mastery of the Compliance regulatory regime.**** **** In this role, the Program Manager will be accountable to lead and drive complex teams from a variety of cross-functional, business and technology roles to achieve the project and program results. They will monitor issues, risks, detailed progress and overall status, setting priorities and escalating issues as necessary to the project Sponsors. The Program Manager will interface with senior management and counterparts in corporate Compliance, the lines of business, Legal, technology, audit, risk management and regulatory agencies. This individual should have experience leading projects, as well as deep knowledge of business and technology project management methodologies, business processes and business knowledge. They should be detailed, able to work independently and drive issue resolution.
