*Position **:** **Project Coordinator/Healthcare industry*** *Location** : **Ann Arbor, MI* *Duration** : **9 Months* * * * Send profiles to [email protected]* * * * **Job Description :* *Ideal: A candidate with 2-3 years in the role of Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year experience in the healthcare industry. *** The Project Coordinator role will work with members of the cross-functional team, as well as directly with external data suppliers, to ensure that layouts are in compliance with ICD-10 in preparation for the data supplier sending ICD-10 values. *(You do not have to have medical billing experience- just some healthcare industry and medical terninology background.* Responsibilities Include: - *Maintain MS Excel spreadsheets *for tracking compliance status of various layouts as it relates to ICD-10 compliance - Create agenda and schedule/facilitate meetings with external data suppliers - Create deliverable timelines in *MS Excel * - Record meeting notes and store in appropriate format - Provide reporting of layout status to senior management - Work directly with internal Data Management and Client Services Teams to provide updates and track progress for respective data suppliers - Create and move data from MS Excel spreadsheets as needed. Create timelines in Excel and take meeting "minutes" Required Skills/Experience: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Familiarity with healthcare terminology - 1-3 years work experience in data tracking and resource management. - Excellent communication skills, written and oral. - Good facilitation, questioning, and listening skills. - Time management skills; ability to plan and organize multiple projects simultaneously. - High level of initiative; self-starter and ability to work in a team environment. - Strong detail orientation.
