The Recruiting (TAM and Candidate Gateway) business analyst will be
responsible for analyzing requirements, translating these requirements into
a PeopleSoft solution (updating or creating functional design documents),
understanding the current customizations in the system and trouble-shooting
issues reported by users. Liaise between HR Functional Team and IT
application development team to resolve issues.
