REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The Consultants shall meet all the following minimum qualifications: 1. Four (4) years experience, within the last six (6) years, with projects demonstrating analytical/problem solving skills in system analysis and design, program coding, program testing, and debugging using Microsoft .NET technology (C#.NET, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio). 2. Six (6) months experience, within the last five (5) years, with Component Scalable Layer Architecture (CSLA.Net). 3. Three (3) years experience, within the last four (4) years, with JavaScript, HTML CSS programming. 4. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, with SQL Server and Transact SQL. 5. One (1) year experience, within the last three (3) years, with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
