They really want someone that understands how claims are processed. Strong communication skills Strong documentation skills.4-7 years of Business Analyst experience-(They will not look at a 15-20 year BA. This is not the right role for them.) This role is a heads down BA role and their role will be more documentation and UAT Testing. These resources will not be leading the requirements gathering sessions. They will be looking at resources who have experience eliciting requirements, if they have been involved in any implementations especially client implementations. Project **Time-line** There are currently 7 client implementations with a delivery of 1/1/2013 so a very quick turnaround. All contracts will go thru year end.
