Urgent looking for Peoplesoft Technical HCM Consultant Job Title : Peoplesoft Technical HCM Consultant location : St. Louis , MO Duration : 11+ months of contract Job Discription: Requirements The HR Solution Support specialist will be responsible for analyzing requirements provided by end-users, translating these requirements into a PeopleSoft solution (updating or creating functional design documents), understanding the current customizations in the system and trouble-shooting issues reported by users in production. Liaise between HR Functional Team and IT application development team to resolve issues. Desired Skills – Required Skills: Advanced understanding of PeopleSoft HCM Core HR module including ESS and MSS modules. 3-5 years of Peoplesoft Application Design & Architecture PeopleSoft-HCM, PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Benefits Administration, PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll Basic understanding of at least one other PeopleSoft module (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Profile Management) Experience with underlying Core HR tables and the ability to create moderate to complex PeopleSoft PSQueries. Familiarity with using PeopleTools Application designer.
