Expert-level proficiency with functional/regression test automation. Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solution. Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Process Management, Work Management and Measurement, and Organizing skills. Strong written and verbal skills Desired Skills: Minimum of 3 year leadership experience. Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards. Experience in building an Automation Team Experience with HP QTP Experience with HP Load Runner Understanding of general software design and development.
