that will replace SHARE at 6 refineries and be deployed as a new instance
at the St Rose bitumen plant. Four other applications will also be replaced
by OAS: PROM (movement reconciliation) used by refineries and chemical
plants, ALMS (jetty scheduling and demurrage data capture) used by
refineries, chemical plants, and marketing terminals, TRAYS (rail car order
processing and tracking) used by Port Arthur refinery, and CTS (custody
transfer system & logistics functions) used by Norco refinery and chemical

ready as possible, additional time and effort is needed to properly
document and address the OAS interfaces, data connections, and process
changes. Scope: Document and Identify the Interfaces and Data Flows for the
applications being replaced by OAS: SHARE (fence handling & refinery mass
balancing), PROM (movement reconciliation), ALMS (jetty scheduling and
demurrage data capture), TRAYS (rail car order processing and tracking),

the ERP upgraded, site engagements are critical to solicit input and
participation as well as insure buy-in.
