PM will manage 3 full-time Business Analysts and support the work of part-time Application Specialist(s), Data and Solution Architects, Infrastructure Lead, and business resources as required. Application Vendor engagement may also be required. PM will report to a Programme Manager, and a Steering Committee & Sponsor * * *Background:* GSAP will be deployed for Fuels US in 2014. OAS is the GSAP connected target application for Fence Handing and Refinery Mass Balancing that will replace SHARE at 6 refineries and be deployed as a new instance at the St Rose bitumen plant. Four other applications will also be replaced by OAS: PROM (movement reconciliation) used by refineries and chemical plants, ALMS (jetty scheduling and demurrage data capture) used by refineries, chemical plants, and marketing terminals, TRAYS (rail car order processing and tracking) used by Port Arthur refinery, and CTS (custody transfer system & logistics functions) used by Norco refinery and chemical plant. *Purpose:* Initial GSAP testing cycles begin in mid-2013. In order to be ready as possible, additional time and effort is needed to properly document and address the OAS interfaces, data connections, and process changes. Scope: Document and Identify the Interfaces and Data Flows for the applications being replaced by OAS: SHARE (fence handling & refinery mass balancing), PROM (movement reconciliation), ALMS (jetty scheduling and demurrage data capture), TRAYS (rail car order processing and tracking), and CTS (custody transfer system & logistics functions).
