Senior Database administrator supporting Microsoft SQL Server environment Retail/ Apparel Industry a huge plus. Responsibilities include: Support database design, implementation, backup and recovery. Identify and implement an innovative and cost effective SQL Server environment. Develop staff; recommend training and development opportunities within database technologies. Perform administrative tasks and create automation to reduce administrative tasks to support the highly available SQL Server database environments and project activities. Prepare and communicate status, issues, and opportunities in support of steady state as well as project activities.
