Java developers Location:Phoenix AZ (or)Charlotte NC Duration:6months GC, CITIZENS & LOCALS ONLY NO H1.EADS Description: Research, analyze, and troubleshoot issues across Lending Grid to ensure rapid problem resolution and recovery. Provide application software and support Troubleshoot and research possible bugs or failures on any component with the Lending Grid Platform Trace transactions through the system and conduct research beyond the basic scripts and monitoring / research tools provided Drive the development of tools needed to provide effective support Work with Lending Gird level-1 and level-2 support teams, as well as development (LBS and federated), infrastructure (IBSS, MQ, Unix, DataPower, NDM, F5, Firewall, DBA) and vendor partners on resolving assigned issues. Provide out-of-hours and out-of-office coverage when requested, or by previous agreement. Respond to calls/pages from Level-2 support. Proactively lookout for production alerts, pages and notification to determine severity of an issue; if the issue is severity 4 or higher, take appropriate measure (like opening EACO calls, engaging partners, vendors and developers) without waiting for call from level-2 support. Effectively utilize monitoring and support tools. Work without guidance on complex issue impacting Lending Grid platform or any associated component. Reach out to developers to gain information about new components and then document and share information with rest of the support team. Participate in Knowledge transfer of the application from the existing team. Create knowledge repository for continued support of the platform by level-1 and level-2 staff. Provide technical expertise and demonstrate a broad understanding of Lending Grid Architecture and all associated services, applications and components. Provide technical help to Lending gird level-1 and level-2 teams on all aspects of the platform. Train and support users (fellow team members). This includes device, configuration, and monitoring requests from users. Analyze user problems on the Lending Grid Platform and provide responses and solutions within a required timeframe. Work on problem ticket system/bug (JIRA, PAC2000 etc) tracking system and follow up on urgent requests as required.
