In this role you will be partnering with Client Program Managers to
facilitate high-visibility reporting and project management tools to fit
their needs, and oversee and execute on key deliverables.

·         This position requires strong architecture, design experience
using SQL Server®, Sharepoint and .Net technologies.

·         Proficient coding experience with C#, SQL Server and ASP.Net is
mandatory.



·         We are looking for a smart, highly motivated, self-starter who
thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

·         You will be responsible for development, coordination,
prioritization, and preparation of team reporting needs, as well as
proactively managing several improvement practices to help in partner
readiness activities.

·         You will be expected to clearly summarize technical leanings and
recommendations in writing and be involved in all aspects of the tools
development.



·         Ideal candidates would have a strong technical background and
must possess strong cross-group collaboration skills; excellent verbal &
written communication skills;

·         ability to define and execute efficient processes;

·         good reporting skills; able to cross-manage many disparate tasks
(multi-tasking);

·         highly resourceful with attention to detail.

·         Proficiency in SQL data mining, stored procedures, SQL jobs and
T-SQL is required and proficiency in Sharepoint and .NET frameworks is
highly preferred.



The ideal candidate will have the ability to ramp up quickly to various
existing tools used by the IHV Readiness Team and take rough requirements
and turn them into highly-efficient, maintainable automated reporting
systems. This will require implementing data mining and reporting
efficiency improvements, including but not limited to development of stored
procedures, planning and coordinating data migrations between disparate
systems.  Work will include creating and maintaining comprehensive,
accurate documentation on a timely basis.



*Skills:*

·         Passion for engineering quality and dev discipline excellence

·         Strong development skills with SQL Server® (2005 and 2008),
including T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, SSRS, SQL jobs and SQL
configuration administration, and C# skills. The job involved about 60% SQL
and 40%C#/ASP.Net development.

1.       Demonstrated detailed technical understanding

2.       Detailed technical understanding and experience with SQL Server
Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services

3.       Experience developing using Client .NET frameworks (webservices
and UI)

4.       Experience with data extraction and manipulation, and ad-hoc query
tools

5.       Strong understanding of relational databases, transaction
processing procedures, and design tools

·         Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Demonstrated ability to clarify requirements and create clear
documentation.
