server & Mainframe environment.
· Excellent analytical skills for understanding the business requirements,
business rules/processes and detailed design of the application.
· Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Iterative
Software Development Life Cycle Process as per Rational Unified Process
(RUP) and Rational Tools used during various phases of RUP.
· Excellent skills in Business Analysis, OO Analysis, Data Analysis,
Requirement Analysis, Business Modeling and Use Case Development using UML
methodology.
· Proficient in customizing already existing business practices, workflows,
activities and deliverables.
· Use Case development and UML modeling using modeling tools like MS Visio.
· Develop User interfaces and requirements sessions. Requirements
gathering, data modeling, System Architect. Feasibility studies, Scope
Documents, Requests for Proposal.
· Preparing graphical depictions of use cases including state diagrams,
activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams, component-based
diagrams, collateral diagrams, including the business workflow.
· Conducted JAD sessions for communicating with the all Project directors
and stakeholders.
· Hands on experience of Data manipulation, performance testing on MySQL
and MS-Access using SQL scripts.
§ Conducting sessions with end users/clients to gather business
requirements and translating the same to the development teams.
· Providing traceability across the project by analysis and review of
project elements involved in traceability including requirements, testing
artifacts, end-user support documentation and training materials.
· Extensive Documentation Skills for use in Standardization of Testing and
Programming Procedures and Guidelines.
· Formulating Test Plan, Test Scripts and Test Cases for Functional,
System, Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing based on the Design
Document and User Requirement Document for the Functional, Security, and
Performance Testing.
· Desire to learn new technology, tools and technologies.
