Position: MAPPER / BIS technical Consultant Location: El Monte, CA Duration: 8+ Months Client: US Govt. Client *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * The Consultant must meet the following minimum qualifications: 1. Two (2) years, experience in analyzing, designing, programming comprehensive specifications, testing and implementation of systems using ICE, MAPPER/BIS, Adobe Output Server, Adobe Output Designer, HTML and JavaScript. 2. Five (5) years, experience in analyzing, designing, and programming comprehensive specifications, testing, and implementation of systems using MAPPER/BIS language in Windows BIS architecture framework. 3. Three (3) years, experience completed at least three (3) projects in developing applications and web based applications using ICE, MAPPER/BIS, Adobe Output Server, Adobe Output Designer, HTML and JavaScript in a Window BIS Server platforms; in an environment that can support 250 or more users. 4. Three (3) years, experience in installation, setting up and upgrade ICE, MAPPER/BIS, Adobe Output Server and Adobe Output Designer software/database for the Window 2000/XP/2003 OS. 5. Three (3) years, experience in optimizing performance and integrity of databases greater than five gigabytes. 6. Three (3) years, experience in design forms using Adobe Central/Centro Pro Output Server and Adobe Output Designer. 7. Three (3) years, experience in designing/developing automated FTP processes between systems/applications using MAPPER/BIS FMAPPER/BIS Employment/ Activity System 01-2486 scripts. 8.
