*QA LEAD – Data Conversion* Boston, MA Length: 6 Mos + Start: ASAP Interview: phone/Skype Description: Works with NDM project team to support provider data conversion testing activities. This role requires data analysis, documentation of procedures, and the ability to translate requirements. Candidate should have experience with the payer side of the healthcare industry. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to multi-task and think creatively. Required Skills: Ø 3+ years of the following (get as close as you can) o Health Insurance o Work with project team to understand conversion. o Map testing requirements to complex data dependencies across multiple systems and data sources o Create business process and data flow charts for customer and technical review o In-depth data, Healthcare and QA disciplinary knowledge; leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise. o Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL o Test Planning & Implementation o Familiarity with XML and SOAPUI o Test Case / Script Development o Quality Assurance/QA Strategy o Work is guided by business plans for the discipline. o Actively participates in setting area objectives to meet plans. o Escalates matters of business risk C, C#, SQL, Windows Education: BA in Computer Science or General Management or related field.
