Years of experience required : Around 9* *Required:* • Strong analytical required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Ability to work one-on-one with the business as well as the ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance. • Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to be adaptive to different work assignments as well as adaptive to work with different groups of people. • Strong teamwork ethic and customer support focus.
