Job Description: Responsibilities:Work will be focused on delivery of a new Mortgage IVR system in support of Mortgage Banking. The project will be delivered in four phases between Q3 of 2013 and Q2 of 2014. . Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business contacts. . Document business requirements, functional/non-functional requirements, use cases and call flows. . Assist with users acceptance testing. . Employs traceability of requirements . Ensures sign-off and baseline of requirements . Anticipates and actively resolves problems and issues with requirements. . Analyzes and communicates impacts to a project's business case and identifies areas of requirements risks. . Limited travel (<10%) could be needed, likely to Chicago, IL or Miamisburg, OH. Qualifications: . Experience soliciting and documenting requirements for IVR and Call Flow routing applications . Prefer experience with use of natural language and directed voice use for call routing . Experience conducting requirement gathering sessions . Must have demonstrated ability to document requirements, call flows and use cases . Must be a team-player who will work closely with others to deliver defined tasks . Experience using Visio to document process flows and work flows. . Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills .
