Skills Required : . 3+ years in financial services, mortgage banking (Specifically in Loan Origination) is must. . Experience in Agile process. . Strong experience in Data warehousing and Data Mapping. . Strong database experience. . 3+ years' experience in a leadership role that involved to mentoring, coaching, training and guiding. . Experience interacting with all levels of management . Proficient in multiple business disciplines/functions. . Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization and geographically distributed teams including offshore. . Demonstrated ability to work as a team player; leading the group to develop alternative solutions to complex problems, thinking outside the box, encouraging group consensus and recommending the best solution. . Detail oriented with strong organization skills, presentation skills, problem solving and decision making abilities. . Skillful with scenario-based analysis and use case driven design techniques. . Extensive project and program experience with a proven record of delivery. . Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. .
