AS ADVANCED SKILL LEVEL AS POSSIBLE. * *SHAREPOINT ADMIN SKILLS* - Infopath (form designs, publishing SP on *CLIENT AND BROWSER *forms) - Collection Admin capabilities (security, site creation, structure) - Out of Box, Publishing Features, Workflow and Content Types - Migration/Integration. *BUSINESS ANALYST SKILLS* - Gathering Requirements - Interfacing with Clients - Comm Skills: 10/10 *INITIATIVE AND TAKE OWNERSHIP* - Needs to be comfortable making decisions and having little direction - Assertive. *Need to have/Regular SP Analyst Duties:* *Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of and experience with:* - InfoPath forms design and publishing for SharePoint, both with as client side forms and browser enabled forms - SP 2007 and SP 2010 Site Collection Administrator capabilities and features – security, site creation and structure, Out of the Box lists, libraries and functionality. - SP 2007 and SP 2010 Site Configuration – Out of the Box web parts, Publishing Features, Workflow and Content Types. · SP 2007/2010 migration and integration experience. 2013 experience is a plus · *Needs to have BA skills, gather requirements, work with business units, etc. * · *Needs to have hands on technical skills with SP administrative duties such as: site collection, site configuration/web parts, infoPath, SP designer etc. * · *InfoPath forms needs to have hands on technical skills* · *Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication and comfortable working with end client.* · *Needs to be assertive, work with little to no direction and comfortable making decisions.* * * *Nice to have:* - Knowledge of Access and Access Services for SharePoint 2010 - SharePoint 2010 Central Administration - Experience with AvePoint DocAve tools for SharePoint, esp.
