*Immd Need !!.Net Developer -- Houston or Dallas Area!!* Job Title :- .Net Developer Location :- Houston or Dallas Area Duration :- 18 months + Contract *Note :-Candiate must be local to TX .These people will need to travel 50 % between the two cities .Travel will be paid for and expenses covered by our company* Required Skill:- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development using .NET technology. Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Enterprise Library, Windows Communication foundation, Silver Light, LINQ, MS Build, IIS or other similar tools and libraries. Recent and strong experience building REST or SOAP web services WCF XML –XSD xml schema. WSDL – web service description language. WS * standard implementation a big plus. Ws-security is top of list here. Candidates must also have: Databases: SqlServer or other major RDB. SQL: Knows the standard set of things: basic CRUD, joins, groupby, having, where. Referential integrity and database tuning techniques. Data Layer Dependency Injection Build Tools – MSBuild. ANT is ok Application Servers Unit Testing – Nunit, RhinoMock. Version Control Systems – subversion, Team foundation server OS - Window Candidates should have a skill set that includes the following. Strong working knowledge of design patterns, object oriented analysis, design, and programming. N-Tier and/or distributed applications experience. Has SOLID or GRASP on their resume is a big plus here. Must have experience with Agile software development best practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration, Agile Design, pair programming, eXtreme Programming (XP). Extensive understanding of database design and SQL is required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Has working knowledge of multiple business domains: oil & gas, telecomm, financial, investment banking, travel/transportation, energy, mortgage/lending, retail, etc. Excellent analytical skills and discernment. High ability to problem-solve. Initiative and ‘Can Do’ Attitude Required. Self-motivated. Desire to be on a cross functional team. Able to function in a dynamic environment. Desired Additional Skills Knows Scrum and has functioned on a scrum team before. Knows Relative Estimation and Story Based Development. Has participated in Iteration/Sprint Planning Meetings, Tasking Meetings, Scrums, and Retrospectives REST JSON Front End – ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript, CSS.
